Welcome to the fourth-annual national fundraising conference for the bleeding disorder community. More than four years ago we came up with an idea for all chapters to come together focused on improving our fundraising efforts locally, regionally and nationally. With the help of Baxter Bioscience, this idea has become a reality.
Before you register, please review our cover letter and survey. All participants are required to fill out the survey. To do so, please click here to access the survey. Save the word document to your desktop, then fill in your answers and save the file again. Upon completion, please email the survey to alexis@hemophiliaz.org.
